Whenever I’ve Seen Dr Toulouie’s, She’s Informed, Present, And Able To Explain The Recommended Next Steps. Shes Busy And Not A Chit Chatter About Of Topic. If You Have Additional Questions However, They Will Take Additional Time To Explain Options. They’re Not All Warm And Fuzzy Like Your Children’s Doctors. It’s A Healthcare Business And They’re Good At What They Do. I Don’t Think This Was Necessarily The Case 10 Years Ago, But Her Offices Have Stepped Up Their Game, And Dr. T Is On The Ball. She’s No Fuss, Kind And Efficient. She Even Cracks A Smile And Laughs When Appropriate. Her Staff Is Diverse And Efficient. I’ve Been In Three Office Locations And The Are Not Fancy But Clean And Efficient. My Experience Is That She Provides Clinical Rotations To Medical Interns. I’ve Always Been Asked If It’s Ok That Those Individuals Be Present When They See Me. Finally I Think When Considering A New Medical Practice; It’s A Big Change And One Needs To Give A New Relationship Time To Develop. You Will Be In Good Hands.

The Prescription That Was Sent To My Pharmacy Was In The Wrong Dosage. When My Pharmacy Called To Inform Them Of This, They Never Returned The Call. After Waiting 3 Days I Had To Go Down To The Office To Remedy. Then, I Received A Automated Call Telling Me That The Medicine Was Was Ready For Pick Up The Day After I Had Picked It Up.
